The following contents are now announced as follows:

The thirty-fifth "commodity names, specifications and models" increase the "brand type" and "export benefits", that is:

(nine) brand type. Brand type is a required project. We can choose "no brand", "domestic independent brand", "domestic purchase brand", "overseas brand (OEM production)", "overseas brand (other") ". "Domestic independent brand" refers to the independent development and ownership of intellectual property rights by domestic enterprises; "domestic acquisition brand" refers to the original overseas brand acquired by domestic enterprises; "overseas brands" refers to the overseas brands used in the OEM production of domestic enterprises; "other overseas brands" (other brands) "Refers to the offshore brand besides the OEM production.

(ten) the situation of export benefit. Export benefits are required for export declarations. "Export goods in the final destination country (region) do not enjoy preferential tariff", "export goods in the final destination country (region) enjoy preferential tariff", "export goods can not be determined to enjoy preferential tariff in the final destination country (region)". The declaration form is not filled in by the import declaration form.
